GREEN PARK

Green Park is a cool place to relax or hangout for tourist as well as the locals alike. As its name  implies it is full of Greenery. This park is located within the state Horticulture Nursery.
A restaurant, resting shades and boating facilities inside the park provides you every opportunity to relax and enjoy. It is open to public with a nominal entry free on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and National holidays. Privates events/party on payment can also be organised in the park other than the days open to public.

Nagaland Zoological Park (NZP), Rangapahar, the only zoological park in the state, is  one of the biodiversity hot-spots in the Northeast India.
Spread over 176 hectares , NZP was inaugurated in August 2008 and in the past few years, drew attention of biodiversity scholars and observers from within and outside the state.
